Time-Variant Velocity Field is a velocity field that changes with time
Instead of describing flow only by position, it describes by position and time
This means that at the same point in space, the velocity can be different at different times
Time-Variant field, a particle’s velocity changes for 2 reasons:
- It moves to a new location where velocity is different
- The field itself changes with time
