Why do you want to come to TreeHacks 2027?*
I’ve only being optimizing to increase shareholder value, so much so I forgot what it’s like to build a fun weekend project. I’ve been to 60+ hackathons and I enjoy them so much, I want to take some time away from work meet new people and once again build a fun project !
Tell us about a project that you’re proud of, technical or non-technical.*
I had GPT-6 Astra play ‘It Takes Two’ with me, It Takes Two is a 2 player co-op game you normally play with your partner but I wanted to see if Astra could play with me.
I used codex harness and gave it tool abstractions correlating to in-game controls so the model would be able to play it like a human (and I could use my subscription saving on $)
Result was that I played the role of Cody and my agent played May with me, it was very surprising to see how well the model understood the game with little context and how it could learn from watching my actions

What’s something you want to work on in the next 10 years? Dream big!*
I want to see drones in space, my last company I worked on autonomous drones. I think regulations for drones make them harder to adopt on Earth.
NASA flew a helicopter on Mars, I believe at the rate humanity is progressing right now we’re going to attempt to colonize Mars in our lifetimes.
I envision an entirely new way of living, taking our learnings from Earth and I think society is going to rely a lot more on aerial for their way of living
Tell us a fun fact about you :)*
I love working on cars and drive a Miata
Tell us about an experience you enjoyed, mundane or crazy. Give us a slice of your life!*
